I learned a great deal about cause marketing and fundraising for non-profits when I was learning about writing persuasive copy.
I learned that regardless of whether the format is in print leveraging the best practices of direct marketing, or the format is for the Web making use of Internet marketing expertise – exciting and interesting work has emerged around the business of giving back to the community.
This is an area which I intend to further explore, especially with respect to very practical applications related to the business projects I’m working on.
